1. Always choose to Log Out
When you log in to any app, you'll see the option REMEMBER ME ON THIS DEVICE - do not accept it!!
As logging in by entering your login details over and over again is inconvenient. And by doing so, you'll ultimately become annoyed and further minimize your app usage by CHOICE.
Please keep in mind that this is not for every app. Instead, only for those applications that you know will consume your time unnecessarily.
2. Disable (unnecessary) Notifications
Notifications are a significant source of distraction. They'll be there UNINVITED whenever you check your phone.
Turning them off is the best way to cope with them.
But what if you miss out on something important?
It won't make a difference, believe me. You will not forget the app's existence if you disable notifications.
