Likewise, taking care of your personal hygiene will enhance your appearance and make you look EVEN more professional.

So, here are some self-grooming and hygiene tips to consider:
It is common sense, but I want to emphasize that taking a bath or a shower before going to work every day is a MUST. After washing, remember to use a Deodorant or Antiperspirant to avoid body odor. (Also, you can bring wipes or deodorant to work if needed).
A good hair care regime significantly affects your appearance. No matter how busy you are, MAKE an effort to keep your hair healthy by washing it at regular intervals (using a Shampoo and Conditioner that suits you) and getting frequent haircuts.
Make sure your clothes look tidy. DO NOT wear wrinkled, worn-out, or smelly clothes at work.
Keep your nails clean and neatly trimmed.
